So tonights winning statements are.......

"Well you have it on your Agreement but not on your features list..."

"We have 24 hour technical support but the system will not let me add it to your account, customer service has to do that and they closed at 1:00, I will go ahead and make a note of what the problem is and you can call back in the morning" (despite her just admitting that I have the feature added but it did not provision on their billing system)

I ♥ Sprint at times, but it wouldn't let me make a call about 30 minutes ago. At that time I hated Sprint.

Fail. Apeshit would have worked, however.

granted, I had a moderately severe problem recently, but it was remedied and the iCare specialist gave me her number/extension if anything happens in the future.

Fortunately time warner has a less expensive alternative.

Most of the Sprint alternatives cost more.

them: "Just follow the process at sprint.com/sero and you will get a new account, with a new, temporary number, and then your [my number] line will become SERO"

me: "That will force me to pick a plan AND phone, neither or which I want or need right now. Please convert my account to a SERO account - I. do. not. want. a. plan."

Them: "Just do what the website tells you"

Me: "Please let me talk to a supervisor, in the US"
Her: "You are talking to someone from the US"
ME: Please let me talk to a supervisor

[7 minute hold]

Her: one of your lines is not eligible to be converted to SERO because you cannot do that until you want to pick a plan
--

All I need to do is get my main acct converted to the SERO type, and then I can take over str8bacardil's sweetass old SERO plan.

They really don't want to stay in business. They have a customer who wants to remain a customer, and they're being retarded about everything.

^ They have definitely improved in answer speed.

Now they need to get rid of multiple transfers to fix an issue and contradictory statements given by various reps. I think simplifying their plans will help with this but they really need to work on getting their reps on the same page.

There is no reason that tech support should have to make me call back later to fix an issue because they do not have access and the billing system messed it up.

Also the issue I made this thread about ended up requiring a phone replacement. When I called the guy said they were out of stock and to call back, when I called back the rep said I would have to file an insurance claim to get a replacement phone.. (despite me having their top service and repair plan on my line)........ :carl face:

It does not look good to have rep 1 say the phone is fuxed and rep 2 say that they cannot replace the phone. The second rep also did not understand how their service and repair plan works she swore up and down I would have to pay for a replacement even though my phone was under warranty.

I finally got a brand new (not refurb) one from the crossroads store and it activated my BES just fine. They told me it would be two weeks and then left a message the next day that the phone had arrived.

My complaint on this one is not that they would not take care of it, they did and I am happy with the result. It is just irritating to get told so many different things and no one ever being able to stand behind what the last rep told you. It also took forever for me to prove the phone was the problem. Only after 123together.com managed to activate my email on a test handset they had at their call center could I prove it was not their problem it was Sprints/my phone.

Sprint kept telling me it could not be anything but a problem with 123togethers blackberry server.
