Any guys on here ever do this?

I'm quite the hairy guy and really dont mind it except for my back. Any tips for making it not hurt so bad? I have a 5:30 appointment today and plan on leaving work early to grab a couple beers before I go in

back isnt near as bad as the chest

take 800mg of ibuprofen (sp?)

i used to take a tennis ball in with me to have something to squeeze on while having it done

it dont feel good, but there is a bit of a high you get from the experience (read:pain) that last for a while afterwards

be sure to tip well if the person does a good job, is friendly, etc.

I tried this once for my back and what ended up happening was a bunch of end grown hairs that looked like backne. Never had this problem when i relied on my razor blade, although it does get challenging to get it all

just didn't hurt me. I'm not saying it was an enjoyable experience, to be sure it wasn't, but to say it hurt goes a bit far. more like a quick bit of weirdness when the wax was put on, the quick rip, and then after that it was cool.

i don't mean it's like blinding pain or anything. it isn't that bad--the bigger deal to me is paying $30+ to have it done, but I would definitely say that it hurts.

Yeah, the upper back definitelyl hurt because that's where I had the most concentration of hair I guess.

lower back was a walk in the park, honestly. Upper back had me gritting my teeth, haha.

Dont think i'm gonna try the chest.
