Meh, I've been to Franklin Street before and honestly it's nothing much to write home about. It was fun yes, but I'd rather stay in Raleigh and throw down with State people than be a traitor and go to Franklin Street.

well i grew up in CH so i probably have a better chance of running into people i know there than at state and most of my friends at state go there. besides if this was in raleigh and it got out of hand then most people would do whatever they could to make it that much more awesome after The Man put out a decree like that.

franklin isn't better. you can't go anywhere you just stand in the street. sure it is super cool when you are 18 and that is all you'd be able to do anyway. but lets be honest, i'd rather be drinking in the comfort of oh i don't know...an actual bar.

Playboy ranked ECU on top again this year for halloween party... some try to avoid dt bc there is several thousand people there but park about 2 miles away and make your way through the parties and end up black out on 5th st. Its a night where nobody cares where the hell you came from as long as you came to get drunk
