House near Lake Johnson looking for cool roommate!

Roommate is relocating and we need a person to replace her! She is Renting out the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. There is an additional room upstairs that we use as a guest room. However, it is yours to use for storage ect. House has backyard, hardwood floors, plenty of storage, and you can walk the trails at Lake Johnson from the back yard!

Current roommate – Is a mid 20’s cool ECU grad. -- Very laid back, respectful, fun!
Works hard – plays hard!! Enjoys going out on the weekends. Loves Football! Very cool chill girl!

Potential roommate should be COOL, LAID BACK, and honest -- Male or Female good rental history. NO drama!! Should be able to pay rent and bills on time!
