I need a couple of small fans from any laptop, approx 25mm x 25mm x 10mm.

i have a targus cool pad that has a bad usb cable. it has two fans and you can have it for $sixpack.

it works if you hold the wire on the usb plug just right. don't know if that would work for you though.
