Apparently the Hispanic Market store was robbed at gun point and someone was shot. There are about 15 cops there now with the whole block roped off. THey were questioning all cars leaving Amedeo's parking lot.

"That complex across from Jax" is Gorman Crossings. I live there. It's . . . not terrible. The landlord pretty much leaves us alone. The neighbors are almost all immigrants from various places. We've had some pretty serious plumbing issues, but to their credit they have come out promptly to try to fix them.
