This is the V1.8—POP2 with Euro Mode which I believe is the latest version (I'll check the serial soon). Works and looks like new.

Comes with the windshield mount and Direct-Wire Power Adapter Kit (permanent install) at the least, and it'll probably come with the box and other accessories too. If I can find the box the receipt from May 2007 will also be included

Retail price is $400...plz to bid.

Post the serial number so that we can tell what version it is...

And why are you selling it? Is it because of all the false alarms from it on I40-I440?

Since the DOT and TV stations planted all the speed sensors on the roads, it seems every half mile the damn thing starts buzzing... This is problem with all the detectors except the Escort 9500i/x, which has a GPS that you can block those frequencies using the GPS location. My advice is that no one buy's the V1, or a 8500x50.

selling because i don't drive that fast anymore...simple as that. i bought a new car and don't want to do the permanent install if i don't plan on using it much.

and i have never noticed false alerts every half mile or whatever. just like any radar detector, you get an occasional false alert but they often get labeled J for junk by the V1. i know the speed sensors you're talking about, but i drive 440 every day and they do not set off this detector.

concerning the version, unless a newer version has been released in the last year, it is the latest version. like i said its a "V1.8—POP2 with Euro Mode." i'll try to post the serial soon so you can check...although since your [shitty] "advice" is not to buy a V1 I don't know why I'd go to the trouble to post it for you

completely retarded. i have an 8500 x50, and I might get 2 or 3 false alarms between raleigh and greensboro. if you can't handle that, then you should just stfu and quit driving. anyone with brains that drives i-40 and i-440, knows where the sensors are, know where cops like to hide out, etc. Radars aren't meant to completely protect you. They're meant to aid your awareness.
