Old man about 60yrs old. I have no idea when he died or how he died. His family came over to take his furniture and tv and shit, then come by everyone's apt telling them if they wanted books or kitchenware to go for it. By the time I got there it was just books left. This is what I found:

i had an elderly neighbor of mine die a few years ago. she lived a few floors below me, and when i was out ouf town would come into my condo and water my plants

she'd also buy me chocolate
