As per my CL posting:

Computer mouse. Preferably for cheap, free, or in exchange for baked goods.

Optical, with thumb buttons (if not two, then at least one. That I can program to use to go back a page), and a scroll wheel. "

I need one.

I've got a wireless keyboard set you can have for $20

Down scrolling is a little slow, but has all the features you're looking for + wireless.
