^ yes, that is typically what "all inclusive" means. I am assuming by expenses you mean utilities, and all utilities are included in the rent. Plus it is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom to be rented. Renter will have their own full bathroom. I take care of all of the yardwork.

I am wanting to buy a townhouse. This place is just to big for me, and my lease runs out end of March. Even if I don't buy a place, I will be renting something smaller in March.

and this is a really nice place, in a really nice neighborhood. If you can find someone to go in on it with you, I would hapilly turn over the lease. The full rent is $900 a month.
