I don't usually buy products with them, but I did once last year and still haven't received it.

I've called their rebate line, but all I get are lies. I've asked for a mailing address and they refuse.

I've contacted the BBB in NJ, where they are located and the mail they send is returned.

Anyone have a better way to find their corporate (or mailing) address?

They are listed under two areas with the same zip:

Swedesboro and Bridgeport NJ 08085.

I'll see if the news programs will help (I doubt it, but it's worth a shot).

Rebates, by and large, are a scam. If the price isn't knocked down at the register I don't even consider whatever discount they are advertising.

While I know this doesnt help the original issue, I agree with the other guys. I NEVER buy anything with a rebate, they are too shady.

If I can't use the coupon at the register, I don't consider the rebate savings in my decision to purchase.

I've never had a problem with the larger companies and their rebates.

Dunno, seems like a large company. They run http://www.checkmyrebate.com and handle the rebates for Sony, Samsung, Coors, NBC, Comcast, Finlandia, etc...

All I know is that they are jerking me around and must be pretty embarrassed at their companies activities, if they won't give out their mailing address.

was it a manufacturer rebate? if so contact the mfr as well. if enough people have problems, they may stop using that fulfillment company.
