Hi Paul,

I'm very sorry it took me so long to reply... My son was admitted into the hospital on monday night with a terrible infection... and I slept there with him all week... He's good now, and we got home last night, but now I'm way behind on everything....anyway, let me explain the software...

My Dad still has a couple corporate copies of Creative Suite 3 Master Collection he’s willing to sell. It’s “Enterprise Edition”, which is the kind sold in bulk to big companies or gov’t accounts. The CS3 will install, and will allow you register it online, so you’ll get all the automatic updates. My dad never paid to have the license transferred to him when he purchased this last year… But I can guarantee if your system is adequate, that it will install and run beautifully, even without Adobe’s blessing, … You will need at least one gig ram and DVD (not just cd-rom) and Vista or Xp, to install the entire suite. If your computer is a little shy on memory, you can install just a couple of the programs you need the most. I don’t have any way to sell separate programs off the CS3.

The only difference between having a license, and not having a license, besides the $$$, is the “perks”. You will not be eligible for Adobe Tech Support. That requires their huge license fee, but you can talk to me for free… (I will help however I can) The other thing is you will not be eligible for a discount when they come out with CS4… My dad purchased several CS3 discs that came with a list of serial keys from a tech guy about a year ago… He was like a kid at Christmas… He installed on his computer and it’s still running fine.
Anyway, the first thing that happens when you start to install, is that your computer will connect to some obscure Adobe site (via internet) to verify the serial key. And since these serial keys do validate and allow the install, and registration; that convinces me that it it’s ‘semi’ legit…. I say ‘semi’, because my Dad never had the license transferred to him, and that’s what it takes to be 100% legit with Adobe. But, it’s hard to call Adobe and ‘volunteer’ to pay hundreds of dollars extra for a license when the programs are working fine without…
I will give you 4 serial keys so that you can install this on 2 or 3 computers, and still have a couple back-up keys, incase you ever have to reformat, or you get a new computer. (Enterprise keys only work for one install, one time)
I will also include a CS3 video Training DVD and the Photoshop Toolkit, with ‘Lightroom’ and ‘Elements’, and an assortment of fancy fonts, shapes, etc…

My Dad is selling the discs he never installed, because health issues have caused him to close down his graphic arts business, and he doesn’t anticipate ever needing these.

If these discs would help you, and are something you would consider, let me know... I know there are lots of scammers out there…. people selling discs without serial keys, or with used serial keys, and even download scams, that are really nothing more than a hacked 30 day free trial… But that’s not what this is… I promise it will work for you. If you will tell me a little about you and what you do….. I’ll consider shipping the discs to you first. It’s the only way I can think of, to prove that the discs will work like I promise. If you do have a problem I will help however I can... But I honestly don't anticipate any trouble... I have sold a couple already, and the folks were happy, and the installs went fine...
Once you receive the software, I’ll email you one serial key so you can get it up and running, and the other 3 after I’ve received payment.
If you can agree to the terms, please send me your name, address and phone (for shipping purposes only) and acknowledge that you understand the lack of license and agree to the terms … promising that you will send payment after you’ve installed the software and see that it works properly. I hope I answered any questions you have, if not, let me know…
That’s as fair as I can be… Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks,

Raina

Please note our disclaimer thingy. These are Enterprise Edition copies, with working serials. Not Education or Trial versions. No user license is inferred, implied nor included for any program, application or training disc. “We do not advocate using or running unlicensed software. You may use the software application and training programs for an unlimited evaluation period, but you should purchase a license from Adobe if you want to use them permanently.” In other words… If you use this software to create something fabulous, and start making a million dollars…. you should probably send Adobe their user/license fee

ha didn't catch that, whoops.

yeah - sounds like stolen cd keys - legit on adobe's side for registering, but overall hijacked.

they're probably "legit" because they were stolen from a large company (that legitimately purchased it) who used that key for a lot of computers - adobe probably knows the key has been pirated, but it would take too much manpower on the company's side to have the key changed... and chances are that if it happened once, it'll happen again.

so adobe probably just said "fuck dat, i just live"

i know that for some of the software installs where i work, licenses are based on IP since all the public-facing IPs we use are all in the same subnet. this would be a better way to do it.

Many companies, including big names like Miscrosoft, distribute unlicensed software for evaluation purposes to businesses and professionals in order to encourage them to use their software, determine if it fits their needs, or to figure out logistics of deployment prior to entering into a license agreement.

The sole agreed-upon use of these distributions is to gain an understanding of the features of the software and how to use it. The software functions just like the real thing.

These are typically obtained for free or for a small service charge from the developer and almost always illegal to resell. Using this software is no different from downloading a cracked version off the internet.
