I know it is a classic gaming console, but I am looking for a media center, so XBMC is a natural fit. I figured someone might have one just sitting around. There are a few people looking for them I know.

I could do the softmod myself, but this would just save some time. So the things I am looking for, XBMC, upgraded HD, 2 controllers.

If you have a regular XBOX (unmodded) let me know too, because if finding a modded one falls through I will need a regular one to do the mod myself.

Let me know what you got. I don't have a price set, however I have seen XBOX's here go for $40-$100, so adjust accordingly with what you got to offer.

I got one I might sell for the right price.

Softmodded, 250 gig hd. No scratches or blemishes. 1 Wireless Logitech controller 1 Wired controller. XBMC is the default dash. Still got some games loaded, forgot which ones, plus a bunch of videos, I think like 8 seasons of South Park or something. Also has NES/SNES emulators and a crap ton of roms on there. Will even throw in an action replay/mem card and the necessary games to re-mod it if necessary. Currently use it as a media center myself, so I won't let it go unless the price is right. $100 seems right to me.
