Has anyone ever had Deiters for Organic II? The only choices next semester are Novak and Deiters.

Also, does anybody have Lazzati for PY 212 this semester? Heyward and Lazzati are teaching it next semester.

I had Deiters for Organic II a couple of years ago. He's a pretty cool guy, his tests are fair, but definitely hard as would be expected in any Organic class. I've heard that Novak is a funny guy but his tests are insane. I chose Deiters over Novak on a whim and it all worked out. He's German too, the ladies seem to love it

Deiters is awesome! Absolutely hilarious with his accent (perfectly understandable and everything) and the one lecture he did on poisons was great. I think his tests are pretty fair, at least as far as an organic test can be.

for what its worth, novak is pretty cool. his lectures are great and his office hours are really helpful. hes also really funny, but it looks likes his 223 is already full anyways.

Deiters is up for tenure this year, and if he gets it (he should) he'll be in a really good mood. Perfect timing to take a class by him, imo
