has anyone taken these or know much about them? I'm just looking for a swimming course that I can learn the different strokes and learn proper form. I signed up for 215 since I can swim well and felt that 214 was for people who can't handle themselves in the water well.

any info would be good :o

Dunno about either. I took 216 Intermediate swimming. you had to be kinda comfortable in the water but I never had any formal training at all and did fine. all you learn in that class is strokes and stuff.

214 from what I hear is you are afraid of water, "cant swim", and fully want several lifeguards watching you at all times.
