I am aware of all the new parking restrictions/changes they are enforcing this year's Halloween on Franklin ST, but now I am hearing rumors that they will be checking IDs for residency. Can anyone confirm this?

1) not fun--can't get into any bars (unless you pay a stupid cover), then you wait forever for any service at all. most bars are actually closed.
