Logitech MX1100, Win XP

I'm trying to set up the mouse to work with Solidworks and Drawing Editor (A-CAD equivalent), but I'm clueless as how to do it. I can adjust the basic mouse functions in the supplied software with ease, but what stumps me is the feature that allows the user to add a program.


Does anyone have experience with this particular model?
