3, if I catch the end. Sometimes I'll get a 2 though.

never, for 2 reasons:-i think it's stupid and meaningless-i'm not a god and i can't bless anybody
11/13/2008 1:49:41 PM
Its a common courtesy at this point, kinda part of American culture I'd say.
11/13/2008 1:50:14 PM
Mix of 1 and 3. I aim for 3 but sometimes you just can't tell
11/13/2008 1:50:45 PM
6) You're so good lookin'
11/13/2008 1:51:05 PM

When you die nothing happens
11/13/2008 2:09:58 PM
Never say it.Most people don't even know where the origin of this gesture comes from.
11/13/2008 2:11:21 PM
I don't say it.
11/13/2008 2:25:43 PM
never

1 and 3. It was thought of as a sign of the sickness/plague so you had to be blessed to keep the devils out. Now it is just common courtesty and good manners.

depends on if you know the person... my boss sneezes about 8 times in a row...so i just wait til she's done...

"Bless You" is based upon the Christain historical ignorance of disease:
11/13/2008 3:06:19 PM
i only say it to hot chicks, but i'll say it after each sneeze then make some wisecrack afterwards
11/13/2008 3:18:19 PM
11/13/2008 3:33:51 PM
I don't say it, because I don't believe in God.
11/13/2008 3:38:42 PM
If someone starts sneezing their damned fool head off, you can quickly start sounding like you're at an AME church with the bless yous. As a matter of fact, this happened while I was in class just last night--I finally had to give the poor girl a napkin from my pocket.
11/13/2008 3:38:49 PM
I usually do not say it. It's rather silly. And I find it annoying when people say it to me.

I say salud, roughly meaning health, or gesundheit which roughly meaning "To your health" iirc.
