I need fairly major alterations to a wedding dress- i do not like the sleeves at all and need them to be altered fairly drastically. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good tailor in the area who can do more than just hem pants? Quick service is a plus as well- I need the dress by the end of the week.

Lee Tailors in Crabtree just did an amazing job on a formal dress for me... and they did it in <24 hrs. They had to take in the corseted upper section by approx 2 1/2 inches and then do a relatively simple hem. It fit beautifully and comfortably-- better than any dress I've had altered before (and those were all done by a store that only altered formal dresses).
