</blog>

so i had a flight booked for me for tomorrow AM by a third party entity on friday on AirTran

i went online when i got the flight info last night just to see if i could switch to a better seat (i prefer aisles because im tall)

well, of course because i was flying on short notice, there were no open seats available, or i had already been assigned one and couldn't switch

but then i saw that all the business class seats were open, so just f-ing around, i clicked on one, and it let me pick it, with no upcharge...so i did that for both legs of my flight

then just to make sure i didn't just bill the entity that booked my ticket an extra grand or something by doing that, i called the reservation lady and played dumb, and she said "oh, yeah you're confirmed for a business class seat", and apparently there was no extra cost to do this, because i asked once she didn't act strange about it

W T F mate

awesome

thank god too, because i'm having to fly kind of out of my way to get where i need to go (south to go further north)

I'm pretty sure this is common. I know I was booked for one seat last week on U.S. Airways. I just got online early to check in for my flight and picked the real seat I wanted.

stewardess head on airtran?

no thanks

^you picked a business/first class seat and got it?

everyone knows you can go online and get a regular coach seat change...never been able to snag a business class seat for free

when i say business class, i mean first class/wide seats up front

you gotta put the '</blog>' at the END of the blog entry, not before it.

i made this thread because i dont normally fly airtran

i know with USAir, a lot of times they hold the bulkhead seats for handicapped people and then release them once you can check in online, so if you like the bulkhead (i do) you can usually get them

actually on a morning or red eye flight i like a window because its more comfortable for me to sleep up against the window/wall panel

but any other time i want the aisle

I always switch to the bulkhead seat when I fly. I just go up to the agent and switch it before the flight. A nigga needs his leg room.

I love the emergency exit row! Leg room, ftw.

On a side note, I was asked if I was 15 until I was 21, but I haven't flown since then.

Depends. For shorter flights I like the window. For long ass hauls I go for the aisle, or that sweet section in front of the divider/movie screen where you get a crapload of legroom.
