Apparently sarcasm and reading comprehension is not your thing Snewf. If you couldn't infer from what I posted that NYC's gun ban is absolutely asinine and that it doesn't work then you're a lost cause. There are plenty of buildings in NYC tall enough to ensure that you would die should you throw yourself off one, so don't let the fear of only crippling yourself impede your effort.

However, those who would shoot someone for something as trivial as this are not law abiding citizens, ie, the people with the thousands of guns on the street in NYC. Furthermore, many otherwise law abiding citizens of NYC do not agree with the ban and thus have guns of their own for protection.

Perhaps you should think about what you post in the future because obviously you don't do a whole lot of thinking and aren't used to rational thought processes.
