Right now I'm running Windows XP Pro 32bit, and I'm very satisfied with it. However, is this really the best OS to really benchmark my system, or should I try a 64 bit OS like XP64 or Vista64 to utilize all my sexy RAM? I've read several mixed reviews online about both 64bit OS's, and most people claim that I should stick with vanilla XP Pro 32. Any thoughts?

I'm no tech expert (like Prospero), but I believe you need a 64bit OS to take advantage of all 4gb of your ram. I also think the latest nvidia 8/9series drivers implented physx, so a dedicated card is redundant. Why not ddr2-800?
