I think I have proved to myself that I am educated since I went to college and have a degree.
With that being said, youre right...I could make myself better and want to improve on grammar and spelling. I think I do when it comes to stuff that counts such as resumes and papers. However, when it comes to online emails, chat or message boards, I dont feel the need to prove myself to anyone

Granted, it's a safer bet to assume that, say, an engineering or physics graduate holder has at least a modicum of booksmarts, than, say, to assume the same of a fashion or sociology degree. And, here I am talking at the BA/BS level.

By itself, that piece of paper ain't shit as a means of assessing intelligence.
