i dunno about energy savingsmy 3rd floor 1000sqft+ apt has crap for insulationthermostat(that ive had recalibrated multiple times) is reading 64 with the heat off.if i were to set the heat to keep it around 70-72 (for my cold natured self) it would run all.the.time...$oklahoma power billusing my lil space heaters to heat me one room at a time = 42 dolla electric bill.why heat the huge living room when i dont spend much time in there? IF i am in there watching tv i can pile some blankets on and be quite snuggly.

woke up this morning and the thermostat was reading 50 degrees. this is my only form of heat right now, at least it keeps the one thing warm that matters. me.
