it's one of those sports that I love to watch in person, but I can't bring myself to watch a regular season game on TV. i don't know what it is. i used to be a diehard Blues fan when I lived in STL. at school, we'd talk about them almost as much as we'd talk about the Cards. i followed their offseason moves, i'd go to see Brett Hull when he made appearances at the mall, i wore their jerseys. now I just don't give a shit about hockey.

i should love it. it's physical, hard hitting, all in all everything I should love about a sport. I just can't bring myself to get into it again.

In terms of pro sports, it's second to the NFL in my opinion. I cant watch a regular season NBA or MLB game. It's more physical than an NBA game, much more fast-paced than an MLB game and with the exception of Detroit (which has an All-World team most of the time), every game is pretty competitive.
