Looks fun, but my internet connection kind of sucks, and it's being billed as a great multiplayer game.

The requirements are absolutely ridiculous, looks like the 360 is the best option for me.

The xbox is going to be the zombie console with dead rising, Left 4 dead and the resident evil 5 in March.

the source engine is improved over time though, it's not the same one we saw in HL2.

^graphics still look about the same as HL2's. people always think you need a $3000 PC to play the latest game, but you only need about an $800 PC to play most games at medium-max settings.

But the zombie AI probably causes huge lag on PCs with slow processors, so I can understand. Those things scurried pretty fast when I saw some people playing it last night.

It's nice.
At first I didn't like the fact that you're essentially lost in the game. There's no direction on where to go.

But that makes it more realistic I guess, which in turn makes it creepy/fun

the maps are still fairly linear, i mean there are some side rooms but really there's only one or two paths through any given area
