And if the serial number of the product the Sheriff's office provides doesn't give an exact match his receipt, take it even higher.

A sympathetic judge may even through out the traffic violation as well and relieve the officer for a bit.

Charlette Marshall-Jones threw a paralyzed man to the floor after he told her he couldn't get out of his chair.
