So, I have $150 AT&T Rebate Visa cards that I want to use to pay off debt...but you cant use these because they arent associated with a credit card. Any suggestions on how I can get near $150 bucks for these? They work as a regular visa credit card.

make friends with someone with a merchant account
get them to charge $150 to your cards
have them cut you a check for the $150 - the merchant fees
