So this girl I know is pissed at me because she said this guy I know is cute. I went overboard and told her what everyone thinks of him. I said, "He's a Sci-Fi nerd...blah blah...he likes to eyeballs girls that are out of his league." She didn't understand what I meant by that. I explained what I meant and now she is giving me this whole "I shouldn't ever expect better than person A and can't ever have person B?" I don't want her to be pissed at me because she is a friend. I think part of the problem is she wants me, but I am not interested in her. As for the guy, there are plenty of girls that are interested in him, but he is too busy checking out the really hot girls that he will never have.

Anyway, there is an old rule about men, "If a man says something that could be taken as a complement, or an insult, he meant it in the complement way."

I was just warning her that she could do better than him. Sorry for making you read my rant.
