The balls of my feet are a 10 wide, while the length of my feet and heels fit in an 8.5 regular

So I have to wear big duck shoes (think crocs), heels are disgustingly painful (can't wear them for more than 10 minutes without wanting Rx strength painkillers...seriously, no amount of ibuprofen dulls the pain) and my heels/ankles hurt pretty much constantly.
