Separate lease for each room:
$535/month for each room
(all bills/utilities included in rent: cable, internet, water, sewer, power, etc).

Full-Size Kitchen (microwave, range, oven, fridge, etc)

Tall Ceilings / Very Spacious

The lease for each BR is through July 2008, you would be taking over each lease for me. All that has to be done is to go to the Campus Edge sales office and switch out the name on the lease, as simple as that!

I, too, live at Campus Edge Apartments.

I've never heard anyone advertise an apartment that has a great view of the pool, as if that's a good selling point.

i know at university house when it was university house they charged more for ones around the pool.. not sure if it's the same here but yeah..those are worth more for whatever (possibly creepy) reason.

The current rate for the apartments (per room) is above $700....they do charge more for "pool view".

If you think having a pool view is creepy, maybe you have a deeper issue at hand. It's considered a marketing tool.

damn and i thought it was expensive when my friends got in there for $395/room in 2003

the pool view was nice, there were always naked chicks out there skinny dipping

it isnt worth $700+ or even $395
