How much is this thing realistically worth? I paid like $1100 or so for it in mid 2004, it is from Rooms To Go. It's in perfect condition. I had it listed on Craigslist for $500 and had one bite and an offer for $350 before they even came to look at it.

Is it worth $500 or should I just take the $350 to get this bitch out of my garage?

^^ It really is in brand new condition. It's been very lightly used (I don't plop down on it when I come home from work, I usually waste time on the PC if I am not out, no kids, no roomates) and I've put leather conditioner on it once or twice each year.
