I've been told between 20 and 30 percent is about right

I've been on the high side of that for a while but with my recent downgrade in dwellings I'm back in that range

Charlotte is kinda weird with pricing and really inconsistent from neighborhood to neighborhood

I was thinking about a condo or townhouse but I'm too much of a vagabond to tie myself anywhere for more than 6 months in advance

i keep debating getting a roommate to rent the master bedroom, but i never around to making it happen...i love living alone (well, with my dog) too much...and it's nice to be able to have people over without considering anyone else

haha Trixie will NOT be tied up outside. She's too much of a diva like her mom.

She won't eat your cat, but she will chase that thing until it kills over (she thinks cats are playing when they run) haha
