The worst part was the damn outer axle shaft seal. The dealership didn't have the tool (service or parts dept) so I had to make my own. I used this: http://seven.three.superdutypsd.com/index.php?pr=axle_seal_tool except the flange was a little too big (don't know how he got his that small without grinding it) and I had a hell of a time getting the seal on. Now I have to go buy a castle nut for my TRE because the one on the pass. side just simply disappeared.
