Since I've gotten a couple of offers, here is what I have:

Nyko 2 port wiimote charging station
Wii play
smash bros
mario soccer
mario galaxy
madden
mario kart
and some gamecube games that I can list if you're interested

If anybody wants it as a package, I'm thinking $350 total. sawahash has offered $200 for just the console and controllers.

^That's been Nintendo's marketing strategy ever since the first Nintendos came out back in '89 or so. Create an artificial shortage to keep demand high and maintain market price. You notice that you NEVER see them on sale...and everybody's new retail price is the same.

the first time i was interested in one i had no problem getting it a few days ago. I have a target GC so i wanted to get it there. I called one store, they were out, so I called one more and they had 3. Went and got it, 15 minutes later I was walking out of the store with it.

^^and Nintendo could just require that by their retailers the same way Apple does.

of course the artificial shortage always helps the retailers not try to find bullshit ways to get around it--like giving free giftcards when you buy an iPod, etc.

I do still have a wavebird, Star Wars Rogue Leader, SSX Tricky, Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros, and Super Monkey Ball for gamecube if anybody is interested. Wavebirds appear to be kinda rare now.
