Who do you think the greatest all around athlete of all time was/is.

I think it's either Deion Sanders or Charlie Ward.

Ward is a Heisman trophy winner, college football half of fame member, Led FSU to a national championship, was drafted by the Yankees, and played in the NBA. Are you sure you are not confusing Ward with Batch? Because you're a fucking moron if you don't think the man was an incredible athlete.

LeBron James.

I'm sure the dude could play linebacker in the NFL if he wanted.

Are we talking all around athlete as who is the overall fastest, strongest, and most agile?
or as who is the best in multiple sports?

If #1 I say:
Lebron James
Vernon Davis
Mario Williams (Manny Lawson honorable mention)

If #2 I say:
Jim Thorpe
Bo Jackson
Deon Sanders

Hold on now, lets not go nuts about someone getting drafted by a baseball team when you've got a draft that has, in the past, lasted 50 rounds. Not to mention while being a career 6.3 points per game player in the NBA.

Sure, he was a great college player, but compared to someone like Deion or Bo Jackson (who were all-pros in one professional league and at the same time above average in another) he was nothing.

I know you just googled this list, but anyone who only plays baseball should be automatically disqualified as being the greatest all around athlete.

Anyone that has the ability to play at the top professional level in 3 different sports is one hell of an all around athlete.
