Neomonde on Beryl.

Being between campus and the fairgrounds, you might not call it 'near cary', but it's good. Their baklava is . I do make better hummus though.
I like their kebabs.

Jasmin by global village is pretty good. Nerdchick turned me into a fan.

Taza grill, in north raleigh....its really cheap but they have some pretty damn good food

giorgino's or something, its in a fairly new shopping area, they have a really good appetizer
