So what kind of crappy email client are you using where you just can't hold shift down and select them all at once?

it's not a client. It's an emailing system written in PERL and PHP. We use it to keep the server load down to around 400 emails/hour. Currently the list has ~2500 email addresses, and last night 457 were bounced. Since it's the first mailing from said list we always go through and remove all the bounced emails for the customer and report back all their broken emails for them to contact people and get it fixed. It also prevents frantic calls at 3AM when they log in to check their mailings progress and see 400 bounced emails and think something is wrong with our system...And really, who wants to delete 400+ emails 1-2 times per day?

^haha, I used to wonder about NCSU... When you logged into solaris machines you could just up directory a few times and see the entire list of NCSU users - ~40K confirmed, working, email addys. Should have done it
