you think those "stolen" DMV printers are some horrible crime, but what they don't tell you is that they're easily and LEAGALLY available to interested customers who just happen to live in NC. all you have to do is prove you've been here over five years and the makers will fucking fedex these things to you with requested holgraphic inlays. the ones NC DMV uses actually is one of three that come fucking STOCK with the bundle and can laser print under under laminated/finished product ids. because thats how they were fucking DESIGNED

so, you know, keep your eyes peeled, but expect to pay a shiny nickle for em
