I'm registered for HI 252 (Modern American History), and all the NCSU textbook websites (main bookstore, packbackers, etc) list the required book as "LIBERTY EQUALITY POWER: COMPACT (V2)"

Problem is, I was looking around on eBay, etc, to compare prices, and there are both a "compact" version, which apparently has all the volumes, and also the separate Volume II book.

Has anyone taken this class, and know which one is needed?

i wait like a month to buy books because 9 times out of 10 in my classes there isn't any reading assignments and the homework has nothing to do with the book. Most of the textbooks i've had get way too specific when i'm looking for a simple answer.
