I currently share a 1,264 square foot apartment in Colonial Village, located near Maynard and Harrison. Here is what the floorplan looks like: http://colonialprop.com/property-info/floorplanviewer.php?UTypeID=8979&CID=1526. I have the front room near the entrance.

I'm looking to move into an apartment closer to my work in Raleigh, so I would like to find someone to take over my portion of the rent until the lease ends in late June 2009. I will not sublet this apartment--if you are interested in this apartment, you will need to sign the lease. You will be required to meet the leasing office's qualifications (deposit, credit check, etc).

My current roommate is a 25 year old male. He's pretty clean and has a full time job. He's provided the living room furniture, tv (huge HD with giant speakers), microwave, and washer/dryer.

The rent (split) is $460, and this does not include utilities. The apartment has a spacious balcony that overlooks the woods. The apartment complex includes an indoor and outdoor pool, clubhouse, and work out area. It's very close to one of the greenway trails. There is a great variety of places to shop and eat at in the area.

If you are interested in this apartment, please respond and let me know when you'd be able to move in. I can move out ASAP. I can send you pictures of the apartment and answer any further questions you may have. Please email me at aurora922@hotmail.com if interested.

I'm pretty eager to move out, so I'm willing to cover the first month of rent.
