with the foil you just ball it up and throw it away and not have to clean out yucky fishness
plus it adds a bit of crispyness

And so is Alzheimer's!

I never use aluminum foil, or anti-perspirants (deodorants are fine), or aluminum pots/pans.

No aluminum for me.

I only use unprocessed whole sea salt with my ceramic "wet salt" grinder.

If you don't want to cook it yourself, go to the Farmer's Market and get some fish at the fish restaurant there.

Then again, all their fish might be fried. I can't remember

We don't drink tap water, we don't drink beer, we use salt, antacids, and baking powder without aluminum salts. They exist, you know. If you want to play, you got to pay.

Aluminum has absolutely no nutritious value, is known to not be essential to human health in any way, and is suspected of harm.
You go ahead and assume that it's safe until proven unsafe

I still have not gotten my fish. I've had a hectic schedule today and yesterday, so I've been eating super quick meals. Tomorrow, I'm definitely getting some. I still haven't decided if I want to cook it or get some out somewhere. I am definitely open to either idea. Any suggestions of places to go out and get it is awesome, as well as any recipes (specific spices/sauces, etc) to making it myself is also great. What type of fish is best broiled? I was thinking whitefish or something along those lines.

Paying for what? Aluminum-free salt and baking soda? That doesn't cost much, and we don't use much salt, and virtually no baking soda.

not drinking tap water can get pricey, especially if you limit yourself to bottled water that didn't come from another area's tap.

No one drinks tap water where we live (the whole country). It is not reliable, and heck, even the municipalty doesn't say we should.

We get big bottles, 5 gallons in size, and then invert them onto a simple dispenser (not heated or cooled). A coupon book with 50 coupons (i.e., 250 gallons) costs just $53. That's 5.3 cents/litre. That's nothing. Which means if we drink 2 litres each daily, it costs us just 10 cents/person/day, as opposed to $1-2 if one buys bottled water. We finish 1.5 bottles/week. They are delivered weekly to our door.

The water in them is tap water (which is desalinated sea water, as there are no fresh water bodies in this country) that has been treated with ozone.

I hate [the concept of] bottled water, you know, those 300 ml to 1.5 litre bottles, and almost hate people who buy them all the time. And the people who exclusively get them as their drinking water source. They are bad people.

Get heavy ceramic pan, fill with 1 to 2 slabs of fresh tuna. Add assorted citris along with juices. Pinapple, orange, and madarin orange - all good choices. Broil until turna is a pale orange color. Allow to cool as everything will be hot as fuck. Enjoy
