OMG! This is def one of my fears. I LOVE my teeth!! I have this fear of busting them out on concrete steps bc of tripping on the steps or myself.
I would be devastated if I had to have false teeth! I have taken multiple pictures of my teeth just in case this occasion should arise.

Actually, she's a human resources manager.

And she called me about an hour ago and said the dentist doesn't want her to chew for two weeks to give the tooth that she was able to save and have put back in ( it flew out of her mouth down the hallway, but remained intact) time to heal. She also has to go back next week and get a root canal.

And she also said that the dentist did a hell of a job of fixing the other tooth that had just a shard remaining in the front and the other one that was badly chipped. I haven't seen her, but she said that she can't even tell anything happened to her teeth by looking. She's got some pain though.

Oh and interesting thing the dentist told her: she put her tooth that she saved in water until she made it to the dentist. Apparently, the best thing to do to keep a tooth alive after it falls out is to place it under your lip in front of your teeth to keep saliva on it. Her tooth still "lived."
