How high does the angle have to be? 80 degrees? Do you take a protractor with you to make sure the angle's high enough?

And what about the canines?

"High angle rescue is considered to be terrain that has a slope angle of 60 and higher. Rescuers are totally dependent upon the ropes used to keep them and the victims from falling and to gain access to and egress from the rescue location. Examples of high angle locations include: pipe racks, ledges, catwalks, tops of vessels, cranes, and water towers."

Depending on job classification, state employees all over the country have to request approval.

I do. I have to make sure that whatever I work on is not the same/similar to what I do now.

For me, I am sure the only way I would be approved if it was self-employment.

One would think, but if you are expected to be called on at anytime, and work UNTIL the job is done, then you have to get approval for outside employment.

last week, a lady called Fumbler b/c her african grey parrot that escaped was *stuck* in a tree a block or so over from her house. the lady said the bird had been there for 3 weeks and wouldn't come down. by the time he got over there they couldn't find the bird anymore. kinda odd...
