I know a guy who does this. It does annoy me in his case. He dropped out of State with a year to go because he did jack shit in his computer science classes, then found a college in another state that would let him graduate with a degree with transferring all the classes he didn't fail from State and taking less than 40 credit hours at that university. So he went from being on academic probation to graduating with "honors" because he managed to not fuck up his easy ass classes for 3 semesters. wtf is that shit?
