they gave me ambien the first night I was in the hospital before being induced to have my son. I laid there after taking it for a while cuz I was anxious about being induced the next day. Then the ceiling started to melt and I started interrogating the nurse about her whereabouts during the Korean War (idk?).

Haha, I didn't remember making this thread last night. I just wasn't expecting those effects from it. The warning lable only says "may cause dizziness" it should say "may cause you to trip balls"

I was laying in bed and right after I took it and I moved my arm, but I noticed it didn't feel like an arm anymore it felt like part of my bed, and that it felt like my bed was on the ocean. So I picked up my phone to call someone and that's when it really started happening, all the colors seemed to be falling off my phone and it looked like my phone was falling apart. That's when I realized this was going to be fun.

But from now on, since I know what happens, I'm just going to enjoy the nice rocking motion of my bed on the ocean when I go to sleep.

haha yeah saps got some great entertainment last night. When I finally figured out how to work my phone and wasn't afraid it was going to fall apart on me I called him. He then came over to smoke with me and I started dancing with the lights and saw a ghost form in my smoke. I was outside barefoot on the sidewalk and it felt like I was walking on wet sand on top of pillows. And that's about all I remember.

I took Ambien once while in hih school because I had some sleeping problems for about a month. Then I was so miserable and couldn't get to school in time because of the sleeplessness at night.

There was a picture of my boyfriend on my wall, and I just remember staring at it thinking "Hmm, I wonder who that handsome fella is?" Then I laid in my bed the wrong way. Got up in the middle of the night to go pee, and hit my face on my wall (because I was laying the wrong way)! It was creepy! Never again. I'd rather be sleepless.

it wont change much

take it right when you want to go to sleep.. as in are in bed, lights out..ready to pass out..and keep your eyes shut lol. it'll knock you out and you'll never notice the crazy effects that way.

if you keep taking it too early and staying up crazy shit will keep happening..
