When I lived in a ground floor apartment, I had a neighbor above me once that bought a treadmill. Every time the bitch would use it my pictures would fall off the wall and shit. After about a week I had to knock on her door and tell her what was happening.

Best part is, these are the very same neighbors (young married couple) that called the cops on me for my dog barking. DURING THE DAY. Now calling about the barking isn't what really bothered me, but all they would have had to do was come talk to me when I got off work and I would have made other arrangements. I wasn't even aware he was barking during the day until the cop knocked on my door. What bothered me was that they told the cop that I was abusing my dog. The cop came in and had a pretty good laugh about it when he saw how well my dog was taken care of.

In my girlfriend's apartment the people upstairs have wild, nasty sounding sex every night. The place has decent sound-proofing, but they are the loudest couple I've ever heard. It seriously sounds like she is screaming bloody murder.

I mean my girl is a screamer and it's loud even to us...

it is one thing when you are a screamer before 10-11 PM, but at 5 AM when i have an exam that day and am trying to get some sleep, well lets just say that i wasnt the most pleasant person when i talked to them

Even I'm a little embarrassed by what comes out of that girls mouth.

I swear last weekend I hear her scream, and I mean call the cops omg she's dying! scream:

"Fuck Chair!"

I have no idea what that even means, but she said it like 10 times in a row, and it sounded like the juggernaut was chasing that pale bitch.
