there are places in south georgia like remerton that sell it on sunday, but I don't know anywhere around dekalb. you'll probably have to go to a restaurant/bar ...theyve tried to get rid of that beer law on sundays several times and it's failed. It doesn't really stop dui's any more or less and it hurts commerce if anything.

Either way, it reminds me of the story about Alabama Governor George Wallace, who as drinking a beer in a park on a Sunday when someone came up to him and asked him how he could have a been on Sunday.
