I have found that when fast food chains claim something is "SUPER HOT" or "VOLCANIC", it is pretty much medium. I assume it has to do with liability issues

i was having this discussion with somebody the other night...what is the hottest fast food item out there at the moment?

Wendy's had a pretty spicy chicken sandwich, at least in fast food terms.

Cookout's spicy chicken is reasonably spicy.

other than that...can't really think of any spicy fast foods.

what was the name of the restaurant that used to be right at the mall entrance of Cary Towne Center back in the day. They had chicken wings that were so fucking hot I just could not eat them. They simply weren't enjoyable. Can't remember the name of the place. It's long gone, but the food wasn't bad when they toned that shit down a bit.
