Hi! I need someone to take over my lease in May because I am moving. I live in Wolf Creek Village in a 4 bed/bath brand new apt. All rooms are available so you can prob have the place to yourself or if you have friends they can move too. It is $499 a month and that includes everything!!!

-The complex has basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, free tanning, swimming pool, gym, and the shuttle that goes to NC State (all day, all times) and pretty much all the other colleges. The complex also has parties (pool parties etc) and the shuttle takes you to the bars on special occasions.

The lease is till July 31st, then you can sign your own. I am willing to work something out so please email me if you are interested!!!!

I am a Jr. in Mechanical Engineering and I am looking for a place to stay starting in either in May or in August. I am moving out of my current place because my roommates are messy and can not for the life of them clean a dish after they use it and ends up sitting around for days until i get fed up and clean it myself. So I am looking for a neat person that is not too crazy. I am thinking of getting a 2 bedroom at Campus Edge so if you would like to move in there let me know or if you rather live somewhere else for around $600/Mo. that includes all utilities and what nor, or if you currently live in a place and need a roommate let me know.
